While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.

This was our first visit to Dubai Garden Glow and it totally surpassed our expectations. There were various themes from around the world, which were very artistic and the lights were sparkling, highlighting each theme. Amazing displays and the animatronics were great in the Dinosaur Park too. Are is very flat to walk around too with plenty of seats. A great experience for adults and children. Would definitely visit again, loved it!

I liked the venue as it is very kids friendly. I did not understand why we had to print out tickets at the counter as we had them in our headcount app. That makes absolutely no sense, especially on a busy day when you have to cue again at the ticket office. I waited for an hour for my first set of tickets. I contacted you online support 3 times to the tickets. It's unsettling to pay online and one does not receive tickets almost immediately. When I paid for my second ticket I was given a discount that was less than the AED 92 that I was promised from my first purchase. This is not right because then I didn't get may full cash back and yet that's what I was entitled to . The second ticket I bought however can immediately after I paid.

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

Unfortunately stood in line for an hour. About the time on the ticket/not relevant for admission. Only those with VIP tickets were allowed in without waiting (no one told us). Moderate check-in, way too many people for the room. Two elevators for 5000 people a day is a joke!

We loved being up on levels 234 and 125. We were not impressed at the length of time we spent lining up despite having booked for 5 and being there 30 minutes early. We missed the sunset. Either too many people were booked st that time or the times were not checked. It was a long time in a queue with little care re if anyone was t feeling well etc.

Staff at both venues were extremely strict on height. My son was literally half a cm below the height restrictions and was refused at all rides. Zero common sense applied by staff. Prices inside the venues are absolutely extortionate. They provide slip on water shoes at the water park that break apart after 30mins. Do your homework and be prepared

A good deal and fast and easy to get. the water park was great, although there were some pretty long lines before the most popular slides and to make the entrance fee worth while we needed to move on to lesser popular slides. Despite the variety of attractions and cleanliness of the park, we encountered service issues. Upon entering the changing room, we accidentally dropped our swim trunks. When we noticed they were missing, we sought assistance from park administration. However, our requests to review security cameras and help locate the missing trunks went unanswered. We had to purchase replacements from the park store for nearly $100, which somewhat dampened our overall experience. I advise future visitors to be cautious with their belongings and not rely on staff assistance in case of problems.

Very Easy to use just open app and get tickets scanned and we were in. Theme park was almost empty no real ques only short one for the rides the school bus of kids wanted to go on . All indoors and cool from heat of summer. Few good rides but nothing that stood out from previous theme parks we did all of it in 4-5 hours. Aquavenure was busy despite heat lockers tiny long ques as they prioritise fast pass customers above everything leading to longer waiting times In scorching conditions if only they would do one priority and one normal it would help massivly. They give you water socks but my and children's feet were burning on the hot floor . Amazing lazy river with rapids on the best and that's including all the water parks in Florida. Good selection of slides for all family and levels of extremity.

It is a big water park with acces to the beach also. There are activities for small and big children. It is safe, a lot of staff there for our safety. The food is good. You can spend easily all day there. Very organised in the weekend with the connecting buss from parking to the water park and opposite. It was a nice trip. And we got the ticket from headout with a convenient rate. I booked the tickets only for dinosaur park and glow garden. But i missed the magical park. So if some body is purchasing then please go with 3 parks all together. Headout is the best option than the tickets from there.

We visited this incredible outdoor park in Dubai in November 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience! The temperature was on the warmer side, which is something to keep in mind since there's quite a bit of walking involved. Be prepared to get your tickets at the booth even if you’ve purchased them in advance through Headout, and note that the ticketing staff may strongly encourage additional passes for the Magic and Fantasy Park. Once inside, the park’s beauty and creativity are truly awe-inspiring. The Art Park and Safari Park are especially captivating, each designed with remarkable attention to detail. The Dinosaur Park is also a highlight, with lifelike models that are expertly crafted, offering a glimpse into a prehistoric world. One tip: bring a professional camera! Mobile cameras just don’t capture the park’s full splendor. While some of the vendors outside the park can be a bit intense, it’s a unique, reasonably priced experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

The Glow Garden is really worth seeing. We enjoyed the different sections and creative illuminated objects. The only small deficit was that the woman at the entrance wanted to convince to buy the ticket to the magic park additionally and was not amused as we rejected it.

I liked the venue as it is very kids friendly. I did not understand why we had to print out tickets at the counter as we had them in our headcount app. That makes absolutely no sense, especially on a busy day when you have to cue again at the ticket office. Toilets at the venue were in a poor state.

Initially, we got asked to hand in our backpack which took a long time to register, and then once inside, we see that many people had their backpacks. So this was disappointing in that it appears that there is not the same treatment of visitors, where some were able to take their backpacks in and some were not. The Museum of the Future was underwhelming, I was expecting more spectacular exhibits. There was not much time for the interactive parts and I felt that we were rushed through. The Frame was an unexpected surprise that we vould go to the viewing platform at the top of The Frame, and this was awesome, as well as the glass floor looking down. It would have been good to have more information about the construction of The Frame.

The museum of the future is a show in itself, and the frame when you get to the top is a surprise. I really enjoyed them both. A tip: buy your tickets and book to visit in the morning, after 12 noon both museums are full.

Truly nicely organized tour of the entire building. remember to arrive 30Min before your timing, if you arrive too early you won’t be able to get the wrist band from automatic machine you need to visit the counter to collect. there will be an introduction video and lift ride to top floor, then you will be visiting floor by floor downwards. you will be able to experience the vision to the future. About the taxi situation. taking taxi once you complete the visit will be harder as normal taxi won’t wait in front of the building, even we book the taxi using the app instead of assigning a caption you will get a 6-digit code to show to captain, where no captain is available and so many people waiting to catch taxi. so better walk bit future towards train station to book the taxi

The. Museum of the Future is an experience that will stay with you for a long time because of the magnificent and progressive museum architecture and design. The Burji Khalifa offers a great view and we could have stayed as long as we wanted, but the entrance fee is very high. However, as we had no waiting times, we were very satisfied with our trip to the 124th and 125th floors.

Simple and easy booking. Collect wrist band for entry from ticketing machines on arrival. A great experience for the whole family. Staff are helpful and courteous. The children were engaged and some awesome photo opportunities whilst learning in the process!
